    Purchase Process

    Welcome to Premium Gongs, where acquiring your exceptional gong is a seamless experience. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to make a purchase:

    • Browse our collection and select the items that resonate with you.
    • Add your chosen items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
    • No payment is required at this stage.
    • After submitting your order, expect an email within 24 hours.
    • The email will contain a detailed invoice, encompassing the total price and shipping fee calculated by the courier.
    • In this email, you will also find information for both Wire Transfer and Western Union payment methods.
    • Once payment is made, your order will be confirmed.
    • Your gongs are on their way to you.

    Delivery Policy

    As each of our gongs undergoes individual fine-tuning, your order will be shipped within 5 business days upon receipt of your payment.

    We primarily use UPS for shipping, and FedEx and EMS are also available options. Rest assured, we always choose the most secure and economical delivery method for your package.

    After you've submitted your order, we'll respond within 24 hours via email with an invoice detailing the total price and shipping fee calculated by the courier.

    In our international shipping history, all our customers have received orders in perfect condition, as a result of our careful packaging.

    In the rare case of damage upon receiving your item, promptly take photos of the box, packing materials, and the damaged item. Contact us immediately, saving the packing materials. We'll request specific photos, as different couriers have varying requirements for damage claims, and then proceed to file a claim for you.

    Exchange Policy

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we accept exchanges initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

    If you encounter any manufacturing defects with your purchase, rest assured that we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

    Should you wish to exchange an item due to personal preference rather than an error on our part, we offer store credit for the same total value of the item(s) you purchased. Please note that this credit will not include the initial shipping cost, and we do not cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

    To start the exchange process, simply reach out to our Customer Service team at premiumgongs@gmail.com. Please ensure that the items are securely packed in their original packaging, along with all accessories.

    Return Policy

    To ensure your satisfaction, returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

    In the event of manufacturing defects, we cover the return shipping costs to us. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund on your purchase.

    If you wish to return an item due to personal preference rather than a mistake on our part, we will refund your purchase price with a 5% restocking fee. This fee helps cover money transfer costs. However, we do not cover the return shipping costs, nor can we refund the initial shipping cost from us to you.

    To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at premiumgongs@gmail.com. Ensure the items are securely packed in their original packaging, including all accessories.

    Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 5 business days.
